Safety/Evacuation Drills took place here in our San Gabriel office in March. The drills are designed to teach our clients the socio-behavioral aspects to remaining safe, complying with instructions, and developing coping skills. This year the drills were not announced. Our office staff was there to guide our clients and parents through the entire process. It was a great learning experience for all.
What a great opportunity to help teach everyone safety. We don’t usually think of disaster safety, and it’s great to learn about how to best prepare for these kinds of events.
