Mother’s Day Yoga and Meditation

It was our pleasure to host a day of self-care for the mother’s, grandmother’s and caregivers of our clients. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and it is a good time to reflect on how we take care of ourselves in order to take care of others. It is also a time to lend support and acceptance to people we know who may be experiencing mental health challenges.

Thank you to Mauricio Arambula and his mom for leading us in chair yoga, meditation and sound healing. There are many ways to take a little time each day to center ourselves and recharge.
