We are committed to ongoing continuing education in our field in order to provide the most effective and comprehensive services to our clients. Our training was held in Minnesota and we were able to have a little fun sight-seeing as well. We introduced our upcoming workshop series, PEP Talk (The Parent Empowerment Project), for the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center. Ruth's presentation, The Importance of Diversity in Behavior Analytics Practice, highlighted the need to take the social and cultural diversity of our clients into account when developing standards that govern the ABA field. She shared examples from her 20 plus years of experience. CalABA is a wonderful opportunity for our team members to learn and grow, taking in many presentations and meeting with other specialists in the ABA field.
