Jose brings over 52 years of experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, and his passion for mentorship is unmatched. As the creator of FastTrack, a highly successful mentorship program for ABA students and professionals, Jose understands firsthand what it means to have the right guidance at the right time.
During the event, our staff had the opportunity to come together, listen, and connect with one another and with a leader who has dedicated his life to this field. It was a reminder that mentorship is not just a program. It is a culture. One built on trust, communication, and the kind of natural reinforcement that happens when people genuinely invest in each other’s success.
