The East Los Angeles Regional Center will be holding orientation for new parents in the Early Start Program. Dates have been announced through the remainder of 2017.
You will meet the staff of the ELARC, other parents and learn what the Early Start Program can do for you. You will need to RSVP for a specific day. If you need child supervision or interpretation, please call them 2 weeks in advance of the day you wish to attend.
