Case Manager

Familias First has an exciting opportunity as a Case Manager for individuals with special needs and their families. Our company is looking for caring individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Case Managers supervise caseloads of clients under the supervision of BCBAs.

Job summary

  • Provide consultation / support to Direct Service Provider implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Analyze data and update client’s behavior plans accordingly.
  • Schedule meetings with caregivers and team to go over the individual goals.
  • Address parents’ concerns regarding services.
  • Collect and develop progress reports under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide parent / caregiver training.
  • Conduct coordination of care with other professionals for the benefit of the client treatment.
  • Meet with the Program Manager / BCBA monthly to go over your caseload.
  • Provide opportunities to clients for inclusion in the community.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, human development with one year of experience.
  • Bachelor’s in psychology or related field with 2 years of experience.
  • Must have 1+ years in ABA experience.
  • Bilingual is a plus – Spanish and Cantonese.
  • Pass a TB test.
  • Ability to drive to client or staff locations.
  • BCBA or BCaBA preferred.
